hello there!
It’s nice to see you on here. It’s a cool spot to browse through all my explorations and thought processes at UAL.

Who am I?
I am Avinav Ghosh, a creative spark that loves to learn and challenge what creativity means. I am a motion designer, music producer, photographer and video producer. I also LOVE to cook (might put up some food pics in a section somewhere here).
My time at UAL taught me a lot, but in essence, one thing: to explore. Before my masters, I looked at creativity in an objective sense. What sound can I use that fits the structure? Or what animation is good for the brand?
These are important questions, ones that have to be asked constantly in a corporate environment. However, you can sometimes learn to not think as well. You can make choices on just primal instinct, and although branding is all about strategy, not every decision needs it.
Where my heads at right now
I am really keen to explore a lot of softwares and skills, but my current focus of learning is gen AI and 3D motion. I do not blankly believe that AI will take over, but it is definitely going to be an essential tool in the (VERRRRY) near future. Also, have been watching many creators prompt some amazing art direction which would look fabulous on brands.
The flipside to this is if using AI for brand design becomes mainstream, is there a way to credit those that the generation references for trademark purposes?
